About Matthew Joe

Matthew Joe is co‑chair of the Commercial Real Estate Leasing team and leader of the Southeast Real Estate practice group at Holland & Knight. He represents owners, developers, lenders, investors and institutional clients in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, restructuring and disposition. His experience includes representing national real estate companies in acquiring, financing, redeveloping and disposing of large industrial and data centre assets, as well as advising on major development projects such as a 450 MW data centre. He also represents healthcare real estate investment trusts in significant portfolio transactions.
