About Matthew Swinn

Matthew Swinn is highly recognised in the field in patent litigation, particularly in the life sciences sector. He also advises on therapeutic goods regulation, marketing and disputes. He serves as practice leader for Mallesons’ Australia and Singapore dispute resolution teams, and is also a member of the national executive. Matthew is also active in law reform and harmonisation, including as former Chair of the Law Council of Australia’s IP Committee, liaison for the Federal Court of Australia’s IP Users’ Group and as Second Vice-President of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
