Mayu Okada
is an associate and a member of the agri-food practice group at Nishimura & Asahi. She has experience advising on the structuring and implementation of agri-voltaics initiatives, and acts as a legal adviser to a company engaged in the carbon-credit business. In the project finance area, she specialises in structuring renewable energy power plant financing.
