Maarten Stoop works as partner from Bennink Dunin-Wasowicz’s Amsterdam office and advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, both in contentious and non-contentious contexts. His practice includes complex commercial and corporate disputes, cross-border transactions and advisory work, with particular experience in matters involving international trade relationships. He regularly advises corporates, shareholders, directors and entrepreneurs on contractual arrangements, corporate governance, shareholder matters and risk allocation. Maarten is admitted to the Dutch bar.
