Maggie Huang is an associate partner in the banking and capital markets department at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. Maggie’s main practice areas are banking, M&A, financing and capital markets. She is experienced in syndication lending, project financing and acquisition financing, and represented the lenders in a USD5 billion project financing at Hai Long offshore wind farm. She has advised on numerous high-profile transactions involving share acquisitions, tender offers, share swaps, cross-border mergers and private placements for both domestic and international clients.
