About Magdalena Carbó

Magdalena Carbó graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) in 2016, where she also completed postgraduate studies in Energy and Oil & Gas. She holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where she has served as a professor of Administrative Law since 2019. At TCA, Magdalena advises domestic and international companies on regulated industries, public tenders and government contracts. Her practice focuses on administrative proceedings and complex litigation. She is a published author in prestigious legal journals and a frequent speaker at regulatory events.
