About Malik Idri

Malik Idri is a partner at FTPA Avocats and heads the firm’s competition and antitrust practice. He advises French and international clients on all aspects of French and EU competition law, including merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, foreign investment screening and foreign subsidy reviews. He regularly represents clients before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and national courts. Before joining FTPA in 2025, Malik practised at Clifford Chance and Orrick, where he became partner in 2022. He is particularly appreciated for his antitrust expertise, strategic thinking and ability to deliver practical solutions in complex competition matters.
