Manisha is known for her expertise in prosecution and enforcement of all forms of IP rights and for strategising and managing global patents, trade marks, copyright and design portfolios of large global and domestic companies. She is an active member of various IP associations and committees, including INTA, APAA, AIPPI, FICPI, LESI, Marques, ECTA and many more. She represents the Reserve Bank of India, India’s central banking institution before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India in cases related to banking and non-banking financial companies in addition to a large number of intellectual property litigations.
