About Manuel Martínez

Manuel Martínez is a partner at ZADAL. He specialises in civil, commercial, and insolvency litigation, with particular expertise in civil liability claims, contractual disputes, unfair competition, and corporate conflicts. He advises and represents individuals and domestic and international companies across sectors including finance, energy, real estate, industry, and automotive. Manuel has over ten years of experience at leading international law firms such as Hogan Lovells and Freshfields. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and has served as an adjunct professor on the Master’s in Legal Practice programme at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
