About Manuel del Valle

Manuel del Valle is a member of PMA’s corporate practice group. His practice focuses on various areas, including M&A, commercial lending, commercial leasing, real estate development, renewable energy projects, Act 75 principal-distributor issues, cable and telecommunications law, and general corporate law. Manuel has worked with buyers and sellers in asset and equity transactions, with lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and workout transactions, and with developers and joint ventures in the development of mixed-use projects, among other matters. He received a BA from Northwestern University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
