About María Catalina Zegers García-Huidobro

María Catalina Zegers García-Huidobro specialises in corporate advisory, with a strong focus on financing and capital markets. She has advised both large financial companies and smaller players, participating in acquisitions, sales and mergers of companies, as well as advising companies, investment funds and financial entities. María earned her degree in law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2006. She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and has been a member of Alberto Alcalde’s team at Puga Ortiz since 2009.
