About Marco Tulio Venegas

Marco Tulio Venegas is the managing partner of LITREDI, S.C. and has 30 years of international experience. He is one of the most recognised attorneys in Mexico in the field of international commercial arbitration, and pairs his expertise in arbitration with broad experience in administrative, commercial litigation and constitutional (amparo) litigation. Marco has acted as counsel in several complex litigation and arbitration matters for multinational clients and governments around the world, including successfully participating as counsel in two of the largest commercial arbitrations in Mexican history, worth more than USD1.7 billion, and in the most important infrastructure disputes with governmental entities.
