About Marcelo Lucidi

Marcelo Lucidi is a partner at DFA, with a practice focused on cross-border insolvency, asset recovery and distressed M&A. He combines experience in transactional work and commercial litigation, particularly in matters involving insolvency and corporate distress. He has advised on corporate reorganisations and on the acquisition of publicly held and closely held companies, including the purchase of assets from companies subject to judicial reorganisation or bankruptcy proceedings. Marcelo represents financial institutions, trustees, and a broad range of creditors in international asset recovery in the identification and recovery of assets diverted through bankruptcy fraud and capital markets fraud. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Law at the University of São Paulo.
