About Mara Jankovic

Mara Jankovic specialises in trade marks and designs, customs measures, litigation and plant varieties within the realm of intellectual property. She is an arbitrator in domain name disputes, appointed by the Committee for the Resolution of Disputes Relating to the Registration of National Internet Domains. Ms Jankovic has played a pivotal role in facilitating discussions with state authorities aimed at amending relevant IP legislation to combat counterfeiting. She holds the title of European patent attorney and is a member of the EPI Council for Serbia and a substitute auditor of the EPI.
