About Marc W. Dunbar

Marc W. Dunbar is a partner in Jones Walker’s gaming industry team, who emphasises government relations and leads the firm’s Tallahassee office. With more than two decades’ experience, he focuses on gaming law, governmental relations and legislative advocacy, regularly represents clients before the Florida Gaming Control Commission and other regulatory bodies, and has twice served in senior executive roles with major gaming properties. His work encompasses complex statutory and constitutional matters, compact negotiations and gaming-related commercial transactions. A recognised authority on gaming regulation, he writes and speaks on industry developments. Marc is a past president of the International Masters of Gaming Law and a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors.
