About Mari Kimsås-Otterbech

Mari Kimsås-Otterbech is a partner at Ræder Bing and has extensive experience as a legal adviser, deputy judge and attorney specialising in labour law. She advises Norwegian and international companies, municipalities, government entities, employer associations and employees on all aspects of labour law, including dispute resolution, conflict management, reorganisations, downsizing, hiring, termination and pension issues, as well as collective employment law. She holds a Cand. Jur. from the University of Bergen and an Executive Master of Management (focused on HRM, organisational psychology and business strategy) from BI Norwegian Business School.
