Marina Maccagno is a senior member of the Italian antitrust practice of PwC TLS. She regularly assists Italian and international clients on all key aspects of competition, consumer and foreign direct investment law, by providing qualified support in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority, as well as unfair commercial practices investigations, global transactions and antitrust compliance programmes in the administrative and civil courts.
