About Mario Siragusa

Mario Siragusa joined Cleary Gottlieb in 1973, becoming partner in 1980 and senior counsel in 2018. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters and he specialises in EU and Italian competition law and complex commercial litigation. Mario advises clients on administrative, public procurement, regulatory and other public law and competition law issues. He appears before the European Court of Justice, the General Court of the European Union, the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, the Italian Antitrust Authority and Italian civil and administrative courts. In 2021, he was appointed President of AIGE, Associazione Italiana Giuristi Europei.
