About Marie Laure Haroun

Marie Laure Haroun has been with SCP Houda & Associés since 2021, and is a senior legal adviser in the firm. She has experience in business law and has been involved in regulatory matters, particularly in mining, oil and gas, environmental law and international contracts. She assists the team with mergers and acquisitions and legal advisory work, as well as with litigation matters entrusted to the firm. Before joining SCP Houda & Associés, Marie Laure practised as a lawyer within an international organisation, and subsequently at another law firm.
