Marit Kerckhoffs
is an associate at HabrakenRutten. She is involved in matters that cover environmental law and civil law. Her work includes (for example) providing assistance in permitting procedures, drafting the necessary contracts, and – if required – conducting proceedings before both the administrative and the civil court. Having an (academic) background in geography and spatial planning also enables her to see the bigger picture in cases relating to spatial planning and the development of (real estate) projects.
