About Marit Kerckhoffs
Marit Kerckhoffs
is co-chair of the HabrakenRutten energy team. She advises on the crossroads of private and public law in the sector, including (commercial) contracts, spatial planning, environmental legislation and energy regulation. In addition to projects and transactions, she represents energy clients in legal proceedings before the courts and in arbitration. Marit is a member of the Dutch Energy Law Association and the Association for Construction Law.
