About Mark Chutkow

Mark Chutkow is a partner and co-leader of Dykema’s white-collar and government investigations practice. A former federal prosecutor who led the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office in Detroit for many years, Mark helps companies and executives navigate complex, high-stakes government enforcement and civil litigation matters, as well as internal investigations. Recognised by Chambers USA in Band 1 for Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations in Michigan, Mark is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is frequently quoted by national media on criminal law and enforcement issues.
