About Marlinde Klein Ganseij

Marlinde Klein Ganseij is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice at Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam. She advises a wide range of national and international clients, including corporates, financial institutions and (real estate) investors, acting as lenders or borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including real estate, renewables, general corporate and asset-based financings. Marlinde joined Osborne Clarke in January 2021. In 2024, Marlinde spent three months on secondment at Osborne Clarke London, where she gained valuable experience. In 2025, she completed the Grotius specialisation programme in financing and security (summa) cum laude.
