About Marta Sroka-Maleta

Marta Sroka-Maleta is co-managing partner of DBS Law Firm and an attorney-at-law (pol. radca prawny). For 20 years, she has been providing legal services for companies active in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on regulatory and reimbursement law, business development projects and intellectual property law, including patent litigation. She is often invited to participate in work on legislative changes in pharmaceutical law, reimbursement and industrial property law. Marta is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and an active member of the IP Working Group of the generic association Medicines for Poland (PZPPF), representing the 18 largest Polish pharmaceutical producers.
