About Mary H. Schmidt

Mary H. Schmidt is counsel at Verrill Dana, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where she advises high-net-worth individuals on marital and non-marital disputes, post-marital support matters, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. With more than 30 years of experience, she also draws on extensive knowledge of federal and Massachusetts trust and estate law. Mary is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the US Supreme Court. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the American Bar Foundation, and the Boston Bar Foundation, and a former President of the Boston Estate Planning Council.
