María Laura Cánepa holds degrees in international relations and commerce, with 18 years of experience in migration, politics, tourism, technology and the arts across Uruguay, the United States and Europe. She founded MobilityLC, the Uruguayan immigration firm, over a decade ago. A Uruguayan-Italian citizen fluent in five languages, Laura is recognised for her negotiation skills, multicultural expertise and global network. She was a recipient of awards in the United Kingdom and the United States for her entrepreneurial and migration-related work. Laura is a FIFA football agent, Oglethorpe alumni, IAOTP member and author of two international bestsellers.
