About Melissa Mora Martin

Melissa Mora Martin holds an MSc in Intellectual Property and is a specialist in the criminal prosecution of intellectual property offences in Latin America, with more than 20 years of practice in the field. She advises multinational corporations, brand owners and international rights holders on trade mark enforcement strategy, with a particular focus on criminal procedure, customs enforcement and anti-counterfeiting operations in Costa Rica, and throughout the Central American region. She is a partner at IDEAS IP and a recognised authority on the practical dynamics of intellectual property enforcement in the region.
