About Meredith McIver

Meredith McIver is a partner at Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. Her practice encompasses a broad range of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters in which she advises individuals and professional fiduciaries. Meredith is a frequent author and speaker on legal developments relating to wealth transfer planning. She serves on the Council for the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and is the Chair of the Estate and Trust Legislative Affairs Committee for the Texas Real Estate and Probate Institute. Meredith earned her BA from Washington and Lee University, her JD from Samford University, and her LLM in Tax from University of Houston.
