About Michael Schifferli

Michael Schifferli is a partner in the litigation and arbitration and private clients practice groups at Wenger Plattner. He represents private clients and companies before state courts and international arbitral tribunals in Switzerland and abroad and acts as arbitrator himself. His expertise includes complex contractual and commercial disputes under Swiss law and UN sales law, corporate disputes between shareholders and co-owners as well as post-M&A disputes following the sale of companies, including the clarification of warranty claims and contractual purchase price adjustments. Michael is actively involved in the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA). He is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS).
