About Michael Spurritt

Michael Spurritt is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin's banking and finance group. He advises financiers, sponsors and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the full spectrum of leveraged finance products. Mr Spurritt brings a global perspective to the Australian market, with particular expertise in US and European style structures gained through his time at Latham & Watkins in London. His recent experience includes advising on several of Australia's most significant unitranche and leveraged acquisition financings, which have been at the forefront of the convergence of Australian and offshore financing terms and documentation.
