About Michela Bani

Michela Bani is the co-founder of NIUS and assists multinational and domestic companies in all matters relating to labour law and HR management. She works alongside HR directors, management and owners, guiding them operationally in strategic choices impacting on work organisation and in day-to-day issues involving HR. Michaela advises international clients on major restructuring projects, and also works with multinationals with Italian roots. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association’s Labour Law Commission since 2023, and is also an active member of the Italian Labour Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
