About Michelle Chikezie

Michelle Chikezie is a partner at G. Elias and heads up the Capital Market and Corporate Law practice. She has over ten years’ experience advising international and local clients on fund formation and structuring, capital raising, merger and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School. She also holds a Master’s in International Public Policy (MIPP) – International Economics and Finance from John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is licensed to practice law in Nigeria and the US.
