About Mihai Stan

Mihai Stan is a managing associate in Kinstellar’s Bucharest office, focusing on M&A and corporate governance. He advises on mergers, acquisitions, sales of operations and market exits, as well as corporate governance, compliance and company formation across sectors including automotive, financial institutions, industrials, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Mihai also has strong experience in data privacy and cybersecurity, advising on audits, day-to-day GDPR matters, and the review and implementation of personal data processing programmes, as well as intellectual property matters. He also advises on compliance, fraud and white-collar crime, including supporting internal investigations. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
