Mike Kilgarriff
is a partner in Buchalter’s Denver office and Chair of the firm’s State Attorneys General Practice. He represents companies in state attorney general investigations, multi-state enforcement matters, regulatory disputes, and complex litigation. His practice includes fintech, payments, digital assets, consumer financial services, privacy, and other highly regulated industries. He also serves as Co-Chair of Buchalter’s Crisis Management and Strategic Response group.
