About Mirko Masek

Mirko Masek is counsel in Freshfields’ global transactions group. His practice focuses on energy transition transactions. In this context, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate law and general contract and commercial law. Mirko is also a member of the firm’s energy, resources and infrastructure sector group and works closely with clients from the renewable energy sector as well as in connection with the energy transition and decarbonisation of industry (eg, on green hydrogen projects). Mirko assists clients in connection with project-related contracts (eg, EPC or turbine supply contracts). He also supports clients in project-financing settings.
