About Mischa van Uden

Mischa van Uden is an associate in the Banking and Finance team at BarentsKrans. He advises lenders, borrowers and alternative finance providers on complex international financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition and project finance. His practice also covers structured finance transactions, such as securitisations and receivables transactions. Mischa regularly prepares and negotiates loan and security documentation and assists clients with financial regulatory matters. Before joining BarentsKrans, he worked at Buren Legal.
