About Muran Sun

Muran Sun serves as a partner of the intellectual property group at Fangda Partners. Her practice focuses on IP litigation and licensing. Over the past decade, she has represented domestic and overseas clients in a broad range of contentious matters, including patent infringement disputes, competition law disputes, FRAND licensing term disputes, and trade secrets disputes. The SEP cases she has handled have involved the licensing practice of almost all major cellular SEP licensors. Ms Sun also has rich experience in non-contentious IP matters, successfully representing clients in licensing negotiations, and has advised numerous enterprises on trade secret protection strategies.
