About Márcio Pina Marques

Márcio Pina Marques of Advocacia Bettiol has 20 years of specialised experience in the Brazilian electricity sector. He holds an MBA in Electric Energy Regulatory Law from the University of Brasília. He has served as a federal attorney, general attorney of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (“ANEEL”), the legal and regulatory director of ENERSUL (distribution company) during ANEEL’s intervention, and as a Federal Supreme Court justice assistant. He has authored several legal articles in specialised publications.
