About Mónica Andonegui

Mónica Andonegui is an associate whose practice focuses on financial services, capital markets, and data privacy; she advises local and international clients on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. She began her legal career at White & Case in 2022 and rejoined in 2025 after completing a Master of Law and Business (LLM) at Bucerius Law School, in cooperation with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany — an interdisciplinary program combining legal and business education. Her dual expertise in law and business equips her to advise clients on complex regulatory challenges at the intersection of data, finance, and emerging technologies.
