About Natalia Vélez

Natalia Vélez is senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice at Deloitte Legal in Bilbao. She has more than eight years of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, focusing on investment and divestment processes. Her practice includes the structuring, execution and implementation of M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, the performance of legal due diligence, and the drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial documentation related to corporate transactions. She lectures on the Master’s in Business Law at the University of Deusto. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and a double Master's in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from the University of Deusto.
