About Natalie Crawford

Natalie Crawford is a managing associate in Sidley’s Technology and Life Sciences Transactions practice group and is based in San Francisco. Natalie advises clients on a broad range of technology transactions and intellectual property matters, including mergers and acquisitions, software development and licensing, outsourcing, and other commercial arrangements with a particular focus on transactions involving AI/ML technologies. She works with companies across industries to structure and negotiate agreements governing the development, ownership, and use of their technology and data, bringing a practical and commercially minded approach to complex matters. Natalie earned her JD from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
