About Natalie Daghles

Natalie Daghles is co-head of Noerr’s M&A practice group. She advises companies and financial investors on M&A transactions (including public takeovers), especially those with a cross-border dimension. Over the last few years, Natalie has assisted in a large number of transactions in the life sciences/healthcare sectors (covering R&D financing rounds, buy-outs, buy and build growth strategies to market entries). She has advised clients such as Amneal, Cerner, DermaNovis, E.ON, Ferrari, Henkel, Hyundai Motor Company, KPS, Miele, Playtika, Summit Partners, Tengelmann, TransMedics and UniCredit on major transactions.
