About Natalie Foster

Natalie Foster is a senior associate in Tompkins Wake’s dispute resolution and litigation team. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she worked at a large Australian law firm and a specialist litigation firm in Auckland, and as a judges’ clerk in the High Court of New Zealand. Natalie was admitted in New Zealand in 2016 and in Victoria, Australia in 2021. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes, and has experience in managing large-scale litigation and investigations. She has appeared in the High Court and District Court, and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal.
