is a US citizen and attorney at law (California and New York) who has a particular focus on the area of alternative investment funds (mainly US-based). She joined a Big Four firm in 2000, where she was the head of Transaction and Documentation Management within the Financial Services department in Düsseldorf. In 2009, she moved to a Big-Law firm with the Financial Services team. She joined Bödecker Ernst & Partner as a principal in 2011.
