About Nathalie Colin

Nathalie Colin is the managing partner of Freshfields’ Brussels office and heads the firm’s disputes, litigation and arbitration practice in Belgium. A member of the Brussels Bar, Nathalie advises Belgian and international corporates, private equity firms and financial institutions on complex, high-stakes matters, including cross-border and domestic disputes, white-collar crime, and regulatory investigations. Her practice spans judicial proceedings before Belgian courts as well as national and international arbitrations, including under the rules of the ICC and CEPANI, Belgium’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation.
