About Nathan Schissel

Nathan Schissel is a partner at MLT Aikins and a member of the firm’s executive board. He practises in the areas of information technology, data protection and privacy, intellectual property commercialisation and licensing, e-commerce, and mergers and acquisitions. Nathan regularly advises public and private sector clients on complex technology transactions, including IT outsourcing, cloud computing, software licensing, systems implementation and digital transformation projects. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Canadian Technology Law Association and the International Nuclear Law Association.
