About Nancy Zhang

Nancy Zhang joined as a partner at JunHe in 2016. Her practice includes M&A, corporate restructuring and real estate, and she has extensive experience in advising offshore clients in M&A and real estate investments in China. Her real estate expertise includes real estate development, sales, acquisition of existing or unfinished buildings, joint ventures, acquisition of existing project companies, lease transactions, finance structures, real estate-backed non-performing assets, management and operation of finished projects, and other related matters. She is an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and she is also a specially engaged legal expert of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources.
