NanaAma Botchway is the founder and managing partner of N. Dowuona & Company and leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. She advises on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and strategic investments. Her practice spans sectors including mining, energy, financial services, infrastructure and consumer goods. NanaAma regularly acts for multinational corporations, investors, financial institutions and Ghanaian businesses on transaction structuring, due diligence, regulatory approvals and deal execution. She is ranked Band 1 by Chambers in Corporate/Commercial: Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
