About Neel Mason

Neel Mason is an alumni of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and has practised intellectual property (IP) law for over 25 years, with a focus on litigation. He has been involved in several ground-breaking decisions on IP, primarily in the areas of copyright and trade mark law. Mr Mason regularly advises clients on their trade mark portfolios and works with them to enforce and protect their rights. Mr Mason is highly regarded among his peers and is a member of several national and international IP law associations; he has also spoken at numerous IP seminars, conferences and other forums. He currently serves as the Vice-President of the India Group of the International Association of Protection of Intellectual Property.
