About Nicholas S. Johnson

Nicholas S. Johnson is Bailey Glasser’s practice area leader of the firm’s national and award-winning Corporate, Commercial and Environmental Litigation, and Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization practice groups. Nick is Chambers-ranked and is also part of the Band 1-ranked litigation practice in the firm’s Washington, DC office. His diverse practice includes complex litigation over large “deals gone wrong” across many industries – including winning major jury verdicts and appeals – as well as handling complex commercial deals. He has particularly deep experience in the energy sector, and was formerly in-house at some of the country’s largest publicly traded mining and energy companies.
