Nick Esterbauer
is a partner at Hull & Hull LLP. He is the Chair of the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He has co-authored a number of papers, and regularly presents on the topics of estate planning, administration, litigation and related issues. Nick has experience in assisting clients with matters involving all aspects of estates, trusts and capacity law.
